What we collect
This site has no forms, no public accounts and no third-party analytics. When you email us, we process your address and your message so we can reply. On each visit the server briefly logs technical data such as the time of the request and the browser type. Our own systems never store your IP address. To prevent abuse we only use a one-way hash of it.
Cookies
We only use cookies the site needs. The “locale” cookie remembers your language. The “sv_admin” cookie is set only when someone signs in to the admin. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Legal basis
Replying to your email is our legitimate interest and a step before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Technical logs and abuse protection are our legitimate interest in running the site safely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long
We keep emails as long as the conversation or a contract needs them, then delete them unless the law requires longer. Technical logs are deleted automatically after a short time.
Who else
The site runs on Vercel infrastructure (Frankfurt region, EU) with a hosted database. These providers process data only on our instructions. Where data leaves the EU, the transfer relies on standard contractual clauses. We never sell data or share it for marketing.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and port your data, and the right to object. Just write to us. You can also complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
